How do I use WellChime with Siri?
Say “Hey Siri, ask WellChime,” then ask naturally. You can also put Ask WellChime on the iPhone Action Button — press it and talk, walkie-talkie style, and it talks right back.
Can it do things, or just answer questions?
Both. It adds medications with reminder times, puts events on the family calendar, sends family messages, requests check-ins, and emails you a medication list — always reading the entry back and saving only when you confirm.
Where do its answers come from?
Only your family’s own WellChime records — medications, the calendar, check-ins, who claimed a ride, where a sharing member is. It doesn’t guess or pull from the open internet.
Can my parent use it instead of the screens?
Yes — for Mom and Dad, one press is the whole app. They ask, add, and send by voice, and every screen and menu is optional. Talking is enough.
Is what I ask kept private?
Yes. Your questions stay your family’s business — never sold, never used for ads. Anything medical stays with your family and their doctor.
Is the assistant free?
It’s part of our Complete pricing plan, and every new WellChime family starts with the Complete plan free for thirty days.
