AN ORDINARY TUESDAY · ALL OF THIS FREE

The whole day, covered.

From “good morning” to “home safe” — one circle, zero chasing.
Most of family care is not an emergency; it’s a hundred small questions across an ordinary day. WellChime Free carries all of them in one place — the check-in, the map, the calendar, the care feed, the ride over — so the family runs on one shared story instead of six group texts. And every bit of it works for every member of the circle: the adult kids share their own check-ins, location, and health too (plenty of the “kids” are seniors themselves), and it’s just as complete for one person looking after their own wellbeing.
ACTUAL WELLCHIME
The family sees what matters now.
Mom and Dad each have their own current story — and so does anyone else in the circle who wants one. Everyone invited shares one place to respond.

8:12 AM
Mom checks in
Her daily check-in, at the time she chose — one tap on her phone, and the whole circle knows the day started well. If it ever goes unanswered, the family gets one clear heads-up.
10:30 AM
The glance
The family map shows everyone who shares, and a severe-weather watch keeps an eye on the sky where each sharing member actually is — a heat advisory becomes a reason to call about the AC.
12:00 PM
“I’ve got it.”
Sunday lunch is on the shared calendar with RSVPs. Dad’s ride Thursday sits on the event as a request — Sarah taps “I’ve got it,” and nobody has to chase or double-book.
3:15 PM
A photo lands
The grandkids at the park drop into the care feed — private to your family, and the number-one reason a parent opens the app smiling.
5:40 PM
“On my way.”
Sarah taps “On my way” before driving over. Everyone gets a heads-up, and anyone who’s wondering watches her dot move on the family map, live. When she walks in, one tap says “I’ve arrived.”
01
ONE TAP · THEIR TIME

Their time, their tap

Each member picks their own ask time — “ask me at 9 AM” — and answers with a single tap. The check-in lands in the shared care feed where the whole family sees it.
02
THE GRACE WINDOW

One clear heads-up

If a check-in goes unanswered past its grace window, the family gets exactly one heads-up — “no check-in from Mom yet today, might be worth a call” — with its delivery status shown. No alarm spiral, no dispatcher claims: the family calling Mom is usually the right response.

FREE FOR EVERY MEMBER

Free, always

The scheduled daily check-in, the grace window, and the family heads-up are free for every member.
QUESTIONS FAMILIES ASK

Fair questions, straight answers.

What happens if the check-in is missed?
After the member’s own grace window, the family gets one clear heads-up push with its delivery status shown — then the humans take it from there.
Is the daily check-in free?
Yes — including the family heads-up. It’s part of WellChime Free for every member of the circle.
Who picks the check-in time?
Each member does — “ask me at 9 AM” — and answers with a single tap. It’s their habit, on their own schedule.
Where does the check-in show up?
In the shared care feed, where the whole family can see at a glance that the day started well.
What is the grace window?
A buffer after the chosen time before anyone is notified, so a slow morning doesn’t set off a false alarm. Only past that window does the family get one heads-up.
Does it work if I live alone, or just for me?
Yes. A member can run their own check-in for their own peace of mind — solo works the same as it does inside a family circle.
