Call for Help

When something feels wrong, you shouldn’t have to hunt for a button. Call for Help sits in red on the Home screen. One tap opens Send Help now and Call 911, and it’s free for everyone.

SEND HELP NOW · FREE

One tap to your family

Tap Send Help now and every family phone in the circle gets a Help alert that chimes and takes over Home until someone answers it.

You can see who it reached. Each alert keeps its own delivery record.

YOU PLACE THE CALL

Call 911 is right there

The red Call 911 button opens your phone’s dialer, so you can call in one more tap. WellChime never calls 911 for you; calling stays your decision.

OUR COMPLETE PLAN

A countdown, and a voice that stays with you

With our Complete pricing plan, Call for Help starts a 60-second countdown. If you can’t tap anything, the Help alert goes out on its own when time runs out. Cancel stops it.

WellChime’s voice talks with you while it counts down, so you can just say “send help now” or “I’m okay.”
