About WellChime
WellChime exists for the quiet worry every adult child knows: is Mom okay today? We turn the phone a parent already carries into an honest window on how they’re really doing — and we tell you the truth about what it can and can’t see.
Honest by default
Most monitoring products are built to reassure you. WellChime is built to tell you the truth. If the watch is charging or the phone is off, we say so — one Coverage Truth card shows exactly one of four honest states: covered, partial, coverage gap, or unknown. We never show a fake green light.
When something looks wrong, we call it what it is — a “suspected fall,” not a confirmed one. And we never claim your family was notified until an alert has actually been delivered.
Read against their own normal
WellChime learns each parent’s personal baseline over about two weeks, so what surfaces is “different for Mom” — not different from a 40-year-old. A resting heart rate creeping up, sleep slipping, activity down three days running: you see the change before it becomes a crisis.
What we are — and what we’re not
WellChime is a wellness-awareness tool for families. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, and it does not contact emergency services. In an emergency, always call 911.
Your parent is always in control of what’s shared and can pause monitoring or location from their own phone at any time. Consent is the foundation of everything we build.
Who we are
WellChime is built by Triquant Analytics LLC in Lafayette, Louisiana. We’re a small team that answers fast — usually within one business day. Questions? support@wellchime.com.
